From the Principal’s Desk
Nursing profession has drastically changed from earlier known as ‘Traditional Nursing’ into a ‘hi-tech nursing’ . We are in a era of evidence based practice. Nurses are thus becoming increasingly rational and scientific in their approach to nursing care. Inspite of the newer technologies and changing nursing accessories for better care , the profession still holds firm to its noble values of love, care and selfless service. Nowadays, providing high quality nursing care is becoming a necessity with good competency in knowledge, skill and attitude related to the hi-tech care.
It gives me immense pleasure to welcome the students to Madanbhau College of Nursing founded by Vishwanthrao Patil Charitable Trust’s ,Kavalapur to promote high standard quality nursing education. The college offers Basic Bsc Nursing Programme under Maharashtra University Health Sciences, Nashik. College of Nursing is well equipped with all modern infrastructure , facilities, books and journals . We have well equipped laboratories with adequate no of models, manikins, furnitures to develop adequate teaching learning process.
We focus to inculcate strong moral and ethical values in our students which are basic codes for the nurses. We are committed to provide effective nursing education and practices by a team of qualified and well experienced teaching faculty.
We cater to preparing professional nurses for providing comprehensive quality care in view of changing needs of the society. We also strive to bring up nursing graduates to work in collaboration with other professionals efficiently in a complex and variety of settings.
It is a pride to start this college at Kavalapur to meet the emerging needs of health care. The college is determined to work on this philosophy withour losing the essence of nursing.
